Draugrさんによると現在「本来無効のエリアも最終安置になるバグ」が発生しており
開発者に確認した所「このバグを認識しており、対処中である」との事

Zones can now finish in Invalid areas?? Since the most recent update, zones seem to be able to end anywhere.

I've spoken to a Dev @ Respawn and have been told they're aware of the issue.
